At Go Volunteer Africa Foundation, we Collect & Donate School Supplies to Needy Children across East Africa region. We need donations for Uniforms, clothing, backpacks and shoes. School Supplies, textbooks, calculators, notebooks, pencils and pens.
We also need and accept financial support: school fees and transportation costs. We are building and financing Libraries, study areas and distribute reading materials for all ages. We need study aids and also facilitate tutoring, educational workshops and special youth programs.
You can as well donate, laptops, digital cameras, and mobile smart phones for our Tech Classes, which we organize across the region- in Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, and Burundi.
At Go Volunteer Africa Foundation, we do believe that education plays the central role in escaping generational poverty. It’s been estimated that for every year a child stays in school, their future earning potential increases by 10-20 percent. Unfortunately, many families in poverty consider education a luxury and even those who value it can find it difficult to afford.
Children in poverty come to our local centres in their countries to receive educational support, such as: uniforms, backpacks, shoes, books, calculators, notebooks, pencils and pens.
Supplies in the backpacks included exercise books, crayons, markers, pencils, and scissors for younger students and binders, notebook paper, folders, pens, exercise books and pencils for older students.
Help us help them! Not only will your donation provide much-needed opportunities and resources for the students whose lives we have already touched, but it will also benefit countless other African children.
